From July 18 to July 19, 2022, the Documentation Center of Cambodia (DC-Cam) team conducted a health message development forum at Kampong Cham Documentation Center. 22 Khmer Rouge Survivors from Kampong Siem district and Koh Sotin district of Kampong Cham province attended the forum.
The purpose of this forum was to learn about survivors’ experiences under the Khmer Rouge and their perceptions about health check-ups and commune health. This effort will help us develop crucial public health message(s) (and a public health guidebook) to improve Khmer Rouge survivors’ health conditions. The forum included 3 different sessions:
Session I: Greetings and Introduction The forum was presided over by the deputy chief of Kampong Siem district, Sokh Somalis.
