Directed by award-winning Jain monk-filmmakers Sadhvi Siddhali Shree and Sadhvi Anubhuti, and executive produced by Jeannie Mai and Alyssa Milano, BALANCE follows the filmmakers as they begin experiencing their own symptoms and set out to uncover the truth behind perimenopause.
