El Fasher: a city emptied, a people erased

There is no humanity left in what is happening now.
El Fasher, hollowed by siege and starvation has finally fallen.

After years of being cut off, the city’s strength dissolved into silence.

What followed was not battle but a hunt: executions in the streets, civilians dragged into the open and killed, the wounded and the thin left where they fell.

This is not war. This is method: cruelty repeated until it becomes routine, an engineered erosion of dignity and memory.

It is an organized collapse of what makes us human.

El Fasher endured beyond reason. Its people stretched survival into defiance. But when hunger meets organized inhumanity, endurance can break.

What has been lost is more than a city.
It is the right to belong, to remember, to live with dignity.
