In a time where there is much hate and division it’s reminding me of the qualities of masculinity that are needing to be expressed more. In his speech the Prime Minister spoke about needing more positive role models for men, otherwise others will step forward, which is what we are seeing at the moment. For me regularly practicing being compassionate in my actions, being nurturing, supportive and courageous.
