A Polish historian, who is researching the hiding places of Jews in Poland and Ukraine during the Holocaust, is one of the nine winners of the Dan David Prize for this year. The $300,000 prize is awarded by the Dan David Foundation, headquartered at Tel Aviv University, to historians “who illuminate the human past in bold and creative ways.”
